Migration

Bring the world with you.

Every new paid account includes one standard migration per new paid account. We move the files, you keep playing on the old server until the new one is ready, and we schedule the switch together.

Scope
a supported Minecraft server installation (world, plugins or mods, configs) from accessible source files or a panel we can log in to

How it works

Four steps from order to switch.

  1. Order and pay

Pick the plan you want here. Your new server exists from that moment.

  2. Send the request

Fill in the form below. We reply with a schedule and an expiring secure link for any credentials we need. We never ask for passwords by email or in this form.

  3. We copy the files

Files go into your new server. We set the Minecraft version and Java to match, then start it so you can check it before anyone switches.

  4. You switch players over

Share the new address or update your SRV record. Then you cancel the old host.

Not included

What this does not cover.

  • custom development
  • same-hour or emergency service
  • repairing corrupted worlds
  • unsupported games

Expect some downtime while files copy and players switch to the new address; we do not promise zero downtime.

Prepare

Before the move.

  • Take a fresh backup on your current host, and download it if you can.
  • Note your current Minecraft version and server software; a version jump is a separate step we will talk through.
  • Tell your players a switch is coming.
